These Terms of Service govern your use of the services provided by Center for Immigration and Citizenship Information PLLC ("CICI Forms"). By accessing our website, making a payment, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting.

2. Service Description

CICI Forms is a document preparation service. We assist clients in completing U.S. immigration forms based on the information and documents they provide. We are NOT a law firm and do NOT provide legal advice, legal representation, or legal counsel.

Our services include but are not limited to:

• Completing immigration forms (N-400, I-130, I-864, I-90, I-765, DS-160, and others) based on client-provided information
• Reviewing documents for completeness and accuracy
• Providing digital and physical delivery of completed forms
• General guidance on the form preparation process
• Referring clients to licensed immigration attorneys when legal questions arise

3. Not a Law Firm Disclaimer

We are NOT attorneys, and we do NOT provide legal advice. Our services are strictly limited to document preparation. We do not represent clients before USCIS, immigration courts, or any government agency.

For legal advice specific to your situation, we strongly recommend consulting a licensed immigration attorney. If your case involves deportation, criminal charges, prior denials, or any complex legal matter, you should seek legal counsel before using our services.

4. Client Eligibility

By using our services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent
• All information and documents you provide are true, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge
• You understand that we do not provide legal advice and that you are responsible for your own immigration decisions
• You have not been ordered removed or deported from the United States, unless you have consulted with an attorney and disclosed this information to us

5. Payments & Fees

All fees for our services are clearly displayed on our website. Payment is required before we begin work on your forms. We process payments securely through Stripe.

Our fees cover only document preparation services. They do NOT include:

• USCIS filing fees or government fees
• Legal fees or attorney representation
• Shipping costs for physical document delivery outside standard certified mail

6. Delivery of Services

Once we receive your payment and all required documents, we will complete your forms within the timeframe specified for each service (typically 3–5 business days).

Completed forms are delivered digitally via email as PDF files. If you selected physical delivery, we will also mail printed copies to your address via certified mail.

7. Refund Policy

Refund requests are handled as follows:

• Full refund available within 24 hours of payment if we have not yet started work on your case
• Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis once work has begun
• No refunds are available after forms have been completed and delivered

8. Client Responsibilities

As our client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information and documents
• Respond promptly to any requests for additional information or clarification
• Review completed forms for accuracy before submitting them to USCIS
• Understand that you are solely responsible for filing your forms with the appropriate government agencies
• Notify us immediately if your circumstances change during the preparation process

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of CICI Forms and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CICI Forms shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on our website with the effective date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
